  1. Zuschneiden: Anhand der Größenmarkierung (Gr. 32–47) individuell an Deinen Schuh anpassen
  2. Einlegen: Originalsohle entnehmen, ZenSole einsetzen (links/rechts beachten) und die Originalsohle des Schuhs wieder darüberlegen. Ohne herausnehmbare Einlegesohle kommt die ZenSole direkt als oberste Einlage in den Schuh – die beschichtete Unterseite mit der Beschriftung zeigt immer Richtung Schuhboden.

Material & Pflege

Nachhaltiges Trägermaterial auf Basis von über 60 % Zellulose und Latex – reißfest, langlebig, formstabil und abwaschbar mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch oder Schwamm.
