The ZenPads are permanently programmed with a specific frequency or several overlapping frequencies (Hertz frequencies). As science knows, EVERYTHING consists of vibrations and therefore frequencies including the human (and animal) body.
The ZenPads transmit the corresponding frequency into the cells of our body and thus have a positive influence on them, balancing them and - if necessary - supporting cell regeneration and reducing oxidative stress in the cells.
The frequencies used correspond to natural frequencies that are found in nature and are good for the human and animal body!

The ZenPads are made of soft, skin-friendly silicone and are therefore very comfortable to wear thanks to their pliability and flexibility - in contrast to the other "energy chips" available on the market, which are often static and hard.
The carrier material of the ZenPads is a ceramic powder that stores the frequency information.
The ZenPads do NOT contain any (electronic) chips, magnets or similar.
The process: Using a specially developed electromagnetic process, the corresponding spin patterns are modulated onto the silicon-based carrier material. We use a technology (which already exists in research) called *Spintronics, an electrotechnical-physical research field of nanoelectronics and quantum physics.
We use this extraordinary, new and ultra-modern technology. And we are the only ones!
With our process we permanently change the electron spin depending on the frequency required by the respective ZenPad. This is why each of our ZenPads has a specially tuned frequency and strength which we have tested with hundreds of test persons.
*Spintronics
Spintronics research is currently mainly concerned with the use of electron spin in the field of information processing, in particular to increase the capacity of data storage media (hard disks etc.) and at the same time reduce power consumption and heat generation. The "spin" (or "twist") of an electron defines the magnetic direction of rotation of an electron or its orbital motion. This direction of rotation is responsible for the frequency. For a long time the magnetic direction of rotation of the electron has been changed with current pulses in order to ensure a constant "direction" of the electrons.
With spintronics technology, research is being carried out to make even better use of the direction of rotation of this electron spin so that this direction of rotation of the electrons remains constant and can therefore be controlled and, above all, steered. Rather than using permanent current pulses, the aim is to permanently change the electron by specifically altering its "spin". Incidentally, the model for spintronics is the human brain!
As explained above under 2, we are able to program the ZenPads with the required frequency for specific applications and, above all, sustainably. This means that each ZenPad has its own frequency and strength depending on the intended use. Our ZenPads require no Chip, magnet or other separate power supply for their effect!
Therefore, no charging or other post-processing is required. Unlike most other "energy chips", ZenPads can therefore be used for at least 2 years, if not longer.
Use and feel of the ZenPads on the body:
All competitor "energy chips" known to us are hard, not elastic or not very flexible, and some are fragile. This makes it difficult to attach to the body and reduces the application on "uneven" areas of the body, such as fingers, joints, elbows, etc.
The ZenPads are approx. 2.7 mm high and 3 cm in diameter, made of medical silicone. This means that the ZenPads can also be applied around the finger, between the toes or to various joints etc. without any loss of movement.
The ZenPads can also be divided or quartered as you need it! Only ZenPads can do this without losing their effect!
We want to make it clear that every competitor has its justification and that we are in no way judging their effectiveness.

Both ZenPads have similar but different frequency bands. In many tests with our test subjects, we have found that slightly different frequencies are required for specific physical problems in order to achieve better results.
Generally, the difference based on hundreds of customer experiences in the application is as follows:
Muscle-related complaints and complaints based on the (vegetative) neural system: ZenPad NoPain A
(e.g. muscle tension and discomfort, cramps and muscle adhesions, disc problems, back and neck pain, headaches)
Tendon and ligament-related complaints: ZenPad No Pain C
(e.g.: joint problems, achilles tendon irritation, heel spur, tendon problems (shoulder, knee etc.), golf/tennis elbow)
Gastrointestinal complaints: ZenPad NoPain C
(digestive complaints etc.)
We have compiled a (non-exhaustive) list of complaints and the matching ZenPad in the form of a Lexicon on our website, which is constantly being updated and is based on test results and customer feedback.
If you have only purchased one ZenPad noPain (A or C) and do not feel an improvement in your well-being within approx. 5 days, you should either leave the ZenPad to work for longer or place it on a slightly different part of your body and continue to observe it. If you do not feel any change within a further 2-3 days, we recommend that you exchange the ZenPad for the other ZenPad NoPain. Risk-free and free of charge within 30 days.
If you are therefore unsure about the cause of your complaint (muscle-related or intervertebral disc = noPain A; tendon-ligament-related complaints = noPain C), we recommend using the Set of 2 ZenPad NoPain A+C at a reduced price and try out both ZenPads. Or you can simply contact us!
Yes, that is of course possible. Because it can be normal for the area of discomfort to change, e.g. with sore muscles. Therefore, adjust the ZenPad according to your own feeling. You can't do anything wrong. This certainly applies to the ZenPad PainFree Acute and ZenPad PainFree Chronic.
Please note, however, that the ZenPads BreathFree, StressFree and Cycle have received the best test results and feedback from test persons and customers for the body parts and meridians/energy points recommended by us.

Yes, we have received feedback from test persons and tested ourselves that the ZenPads (noPain A and C and Relax) also have a beneficial effect in your trouser pocket. Just try it out.
If you wish to use the ZenPad noPain C on a wound, we recommend for purely hygienic reasons that you stick the ZenPad to the wound plaster while the wound is still open and not yet dry.

This is different, every body and every physical complaint/problem has a different effect. In our test series with hundreds of test subjects and users, we found that the ZenPads had a noticeable effect on many users within minutes, while for others it took hours or even days.
Therefore, if your ZenPad is not immediately noticeable, please be patient and keep trying. If necessary, change the location on the body - or in the case of the ZenPad PainFree - use the other ZenPad PainFree (chronic or acute).

We have also extensively tested the ZenPads StressFrei, SchmerzFrei akut and chronisch on children (especially between the ages of 2 and 17) with the same positive results as on adults. You are welcome to try these ZenPads.
We have not tested the ZenPad AtemFrei on children aged 2-17 years and have no experience in this area. However, due to the physical mode of action of the ZenPads on a cellular level using (the body's own) frequencies, we have no reservations about using them with children. However, if you have any concerns/discomfort, please clarify these questions with your doctor. Please send us your experience report. Thank you!
Naturally. Water does not harm the ZenPads made of silicone. If the ZenPad supplied softens, it should be replaced. However, the ZenPatches will last for several days, even if you shower every day.
We only recommend attaching the ZenPads with a new plaster during sport, as the ZenPads adhere less on the skin due to perspiration.
In principle, the ZenPads can be worn continuously, depending on your well-being. Our test subjects and customers wear the ZenPads for very different lengths of time, depending on the symptoms, area of application and body part. In any case, we recommend wearing the ZenPad for at least 1-2 days for up to 3 days in the case of long-lasting complaints.
Many customers (e.g. with intervertebral disc complaints) wear the ZenPads (in this case usually 2 SchmerzFrei akut) permanently for the first 2-3 weeks, then only when the pain occurs or overnight.
Other customers use the ZenPads (e.g. AtemFrei) prophylactically, e.g. during physical exertion/sports.
All in all, it's individual and you can't go wrong. Find your style with the ZenPads. Otherwise you can always ask us.
The quality of the plaster used is very important. If you are not using our Zen plaster (or if, contrary to expectations, you cannot tolerate it), make sure that you use high-quality plasters that do not cause skin irritation.
As described in point 2 above, we use a unique technology for the production of ZenPads. Based on our testing over the last 2 years, we can say with certainty that the ZenPads will have the same effect for at least 24 months - probably longer - regardless of whether the ZenPad is worn or not.
We are not aware of any "side effects".
If you still experience side effects, simply remove the ZenPad and please let us know, any feedback is welcome and helps us to improve the ZenPads. Thank you.
Individual customers have reported Reddening of the skin after wearing the ZenPad for several days. This redness is normal after prolonged wear, as the skin under the ZenPad receives less air. In this case, simply remove the ZenPad and either apply it to another area and allow the skin to breathe for 1-2 days.
Alternative you can also first place the ZenPad on a more skin-friendly plaster (which you apply to the skin first), place the ZenPad on top and stick it on with the ZenPad plaster (or any other patch of your choice - like a kinesio-tape)
Some customers also report reddening of the skin or rashes caused by the patch. Some people react more sensitively to our plaster than others. In such cases, we therefore recommend using a different plaster (kinesiotape or similar of your choice). Make sure that the ZenPad is completely enclosed by your plaster, otherwise the ZenPad may slip through and fall off.
In any case, we expressly request that you inform us accordingly so that we can react accordingly.
Clean the ZenPad with soap or disinfectant soap if you use your ZenPad within the family. When using disinfectant, make sure that it is silicone-free.
For storage, we recommend using the small bag supplied. The ZenPads are easily misplaced!
This is not a problem at all and is done by many test persons and customers. Many feedbacks show us that customers also use e.g. 2 ZenPad SchmerzFrei akut in the same body region.
A combination of ZenPad acute and chronic pain relief is also no problem.
For severe breathing problems, the use of 2 AtemFrei ZenPads can be helpful.
The acceptance of the positive results and effects of frequencies - or energy in general - on the human body is still confronted with major (scientific) and public reservations.
We ourselves had many test persons who were initially very skeptical about the ZenPads, with all kinds of arguments, especially "rational" test persons. We are all the more pleased that it was precisely these critical people who gave us highly satisfactory feedback.
We have had our ZenPads tested by the Institute for Cell Biology Test Systems at Dartsch Scientific GmbH with various artificially produced cells (intestinal epithelial cells, connective tissue cells) with excellent results - see under "Science" including evidence.

Yes, you can. We grant a 30-day right of return on every ZenPad or, depending on the promotion, 60 days for the ZenPad Zyklus. In other words, we simply extend the statutory right of withdrawal (for online orders) to 30 days (or 60 days for the ZenPad cycle). Read more here.
