Menstrual cramps

I hate to talk about it, but I just feel really bad during my period week. I don't feel like doing anything and everything annoys me. My husband introduced me to the cycle Zenpad, and at first it sounds very unbelievable (because you've never heard of it before). 

But it just helps. I didn't understand exactly how, but I'm just happy that it works.

You feel like a human being again and don't have to constantly complain about stomach aches or go straight to the ceiling just because someone in the same room is breathing too loudly.When I notice that "it" is coming on again, I stick the Zenpad on overnight, as described in the instructions, and the next morning I wake up much better than when I went to sleep.
