I've been a ZenPad tester from the very beginning and use the SchmerzFrei chronisch Pads va. on Back (vision and ligaments) and knees as stabilizers and the ZenPad SchmerzFrei akut on the thighs when skiing to prevent sore muscles. The knee pain (tendons) on exertion is gone and it no longer occurs on the back.

The ZenPad SchmerzFrei akut I apply it directly to both thigh muscles before skiing - in this case without a plaster but simply under my functional ski underwear. This helps me to maintain my strength for longer and prevents sore muscles.
